ICTC’s Management Committee recommended approval of the Eleventh Extension of its MOU with YCIPTA and the Quechan Indian Tribe to maintain YCAT Turquoise Route #10 and Blue Route #5 through June 30, 2027. The renewed agreement includes a not-to-exceed subsidy of $259,924.95 for the 2026-27 fiscal year.
