Durham Region’s Works Committee is recommending a three‑year sole source agreement with IDEXX Laboratories Inc. valued at up to $500,000 to supply microbiology consumables for the York‑Durham Regional Environmental Laboratory. The contract will support accredited drinking water and pathogen testing and will be jointly funded by Durham and York Regions.
