The Owner may, at its option and by Board action at a regular or special meeting, renew the agreement in single-year increments, not to exceed limits of applicable law. Guaranteed Maximum Price Amendments, with attached insurance and bond requirements, will be executed on a per-project basis under this continuing services contract.
