The Westminster Economic Development Authority approved a Purchase and Sale Agreement with Pumpkin Ridge Holdings, LLC to sell approximately 5.73 acres in the Holly Park Subdivision for $1.5 million. The buyer will construct about 58 townhomes under an existing development plan, with closing contingent on land use approvals, HOA resolutions, financing, and execution of a construction contract.
