The UGRA Board approved an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement and pLTE Service Addendum with the Lower Colorado River Authority to provide radio services and equipment for the Guadalupe River Flood Warning System, including pLTE connectivity for eight sirens at $240 per month. The three-year agreement allows UGRA to use LCRA’s private LTE network and procure additional telecom equipment and services on a cooperative basis.
