Mountlake Terrace and the City of Lynnwood plan to update their longstanding interlocal agreement covering emergency sewer overflow connections. Under the new terms, Lynnwood will pay Mountlake Terrace current wastewater treatment rates for use of the overflow pipeline and reimburse direct response costs.
