Pathways to College K8 District Awards Professional Services Contract to Bridge the Gap Sped Llc (July 2025)

Initial term runs 07/01/2025–06/30/2026; parties are not required to renew but must renegotiate any subsequent Master Contract prior to June 30 each year. If not renegotiated by June 30, an interim contract may be mutually agreed upon for up to 90 days from July 1 of the new fiscal year. Either party may terminate for cause with 30 days’ written notice or without cause with 60 days’ written notice.
