Woolwich Township approved a 10-year agreement granting Kingsway Regional School District use of a 12.15-acre municipal parcel for athletic fields and open space, with the District funding all improvements and maintenance while the Township retains community access when fields are not in school use. If construction begins within the option period, the Township will convey the land to the District at no cost, subject to existing deed restrictions.
