The Waverly City Council approved Resolution 26-07 to employ Perry, Guthery, Haase & Gessford, P.C., L.L.O. as joint counsel for area fire districts and municipalities. The engagement, funded up to $20,000 initially by the mutual aid association, supports creation of an interlocal entity to acquire new public safety communication systems and equipment.
