Bethlehem, Hanover Township finalize public safety agreement

The City of Bethlehem is approving an Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement with Hanover Township, Northampton County, under which Bethlehem’s Police, EMS, and Fire Departments will provide public safety services to the City-owned Monocacy Complex and yard waste facility located in the Township at no cost to Hanover. The agreement is structured as a perpetual arrangement, subject to termination by either party with three months’ written notice.
