Description

NOACA continues to perform under a $1 million grant agreement with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to develop and submit a Comprehensive Climate Action Plan building on its previously completed Priority Climate Action Plan. USEPA has declined to dissolve the contract despite a request from an unauthorized Board alternate, and the agreement will remain active unless the NOACA Board directs its cancellation.
