La Grange electric supply agreement with Vistra Corp

UTILITIES

Delivery begins with first available meter read in May 2026 or July 2026 for listed accounts and ends on the Delivery Term Ends date in Table 1 of Exhibit A; then converts to month-to-month renewal

At the end of the initial Term defined in Exhibit A Table 1, the supplier will return the customer to utility default service unless a written amendment is executed to renew the Term. If not switched to another supplier, the agreement automatically continues on a monthly basis at a supplier-determined variable rate until terminated or customer moves to another provider.
