Tri-Group Construction & Development, Inc. awarded contract for Median Upgrade project. The project includes Median Upgrade (TRF0415) and pedestrian upgrades at the uncontrolled mid-block crosswalk at Castle Park High School (TRF0411). The FY25 Capital Improvement Program budget will be amended to transfer $150,000 in TransNet funds from the FY25 Major Pavement Rehabilitation Program (STM0404) to the Telegraph Canyon Road Median Upgrade (TRF0415) to complete the project.
