Description

The City of Rochester is slated to approve a 15-year bilateral right-of-way telecommunications permit with Metro Fibernet, LLC to install and operate fiberoptic facilities in city public rights-of-way under the Michigan METRO Act. The permit will allow Metro Fibernet to build out a fiber network to serve local customers, subject to coordination with city staff on construction plans.
