The City of London will enter into a Donation Agreement with the Byron Springbank Veterans Monument Consortium to accept a monument valued up to $100,000 and a $200,000 cash contribution for its installation and maintenance in Springbank Park. The City will construct associated site works and assume ownership and lifecycle maintenance under its public art program.
