Schlobohm HDFC joins amended subordination deal

As part of a revised subordination structure for the Schlobohm Apartments financing, Schlobohm Housing Development Fund Corporation joins other parties in permitting an additional $11.86 million in New York State Housing Finance Agency subsidy. The County’s lien under Capital Project BPL44 will remain subordinate to the increased prior lien.
