The Village of Cayuga Heights entered into a ten-year Intermunicipal Wastewater Agreement with neighboring municipalities to coordinate use of the Cayuga Heights and Ithaca Area wastewater treatment facilities. The agreement establishes shared service areas, capacity-sharing mechanisms, and common pretreatment standards through May 15, 2036.
