Contra Costa Health will enter a Program Funding Agreement with Advocates for Human Potential, Inc., which will provide up to $43,730,635 to develop the Delta Recovery Center on County-owned land in Antioch. The Board will also authorize execution of required regulatory and restriction agreements for the grant-funded behavioral health facility.
