The City of Springdale Council authorized entering into an agreement with the FC Cincinnati Foundation for the construction and donation of an artificial turf Mini-Pitch soccer field at the Community Center. The Foundation will fully fund and manage the project, and the City will assume long-term maintenance after construction. The contract's effective term aligns with the installed mini-pitch's useful life, estimated at five to ten years.
