The Behavioral Health Services Advisory Council approved the merger of Maimonides Medical Center with NYC Health + Hospitals, creating H+H Maimonides Corporation as a new wholly owned subsidiary and co-operator of licensed behavioral health programs, effective April 1, 2026.
