City to buy Evergreen Avenue parcels for housing

The Salem City Council will authorize the City Manager to execute a Purchase and Sale Agreement with Northwest Human Services, Inc. to acquire two adjacent properties at and next to 1797-1809 Evergreen Avenue NE. The CDBG-funded acquisition will expand a site assemblage intended to support development of future affordable housing.
