Effective July 15, 2026, and remaining in effect until terminated by either party upon 30 days written notice; rates adjusted annually each July 1 by CPI for period July 1–June 30

Agreement remains in effect from July 15, 2026, until either party terminates with 30 days written notice; fee schedule and hourly rates are automatically adjusted each July 1 by the CPI (All Urban Consumers – Northeast Urban Rate) for the prior July 1–June 30 period. If services under any portion are started but not completed, the firm may bill actual hours at its normal hourly rate plus disbursements.
