Craig secures CDOT trail license for US40 sidewalk

Description
The City of Craig approved a revocable Trail License Agreement with the Colorado Department of Transportation to construct, operate, and maintain the US40 Craig East Sidewalk trail within CDOT right-of-way. The City will bear construction and maintenance costs, comply with CDOT and FHWA standards, and accept CDOT’s superior highway use and revocation rights.
