I-64 Segment III project funds deallocated after savings

HRTAC and the Virginia Department of Transportation executed a third amendment to the Standard Project Agreements for the I‑64 Peninsula Widening Segment III project, deallocating $14,423,922.16 in unused funds after the project came in under budget. The amendment updates the project budget and returns the savings to the Hampton Roads Transportation Fund for future reprogramming.
