The City of Simi Valley is awarding a $740,000 construction contract to Southland Roofing, Inc. to rehabilitate the Operations and Storage Buildings roofs at the Water Quality Control Plant under CP70200023. The work will include replacement of approximately 25,000 square feet of roofing, new utility paths, a new gutter and downspout system, and structural repairs, to be completed within 120 calendar days from notice to proceed.
