Description
The new ACUS agreement modifies Amadeus Airport IT Americas, Inc.'s prior Support and Maintenance Agreement for EASE™, providing that EASE-related support will continue until ACUS cutover or EASE end-of-life on April 2, 2027. Upon that trigger, the older EASE support contract will terminate without affecting rights and obligations that accrued before termination.
