Wylie authorized an interlocal agreement with Collin County to share design costs and right-of-way funding for the Kreymer Lane and Troy Road widening project from SH 78 to Crescent Oak. Collin County will contribute over $3.5 million toward design and right-of-way while Wylie manages and advances the project ahead of future federal construction funds.
