The VRT Board approved Resolution VBD25-025 to continue using Personnel Plus for temporary staffing services until a new procurement is completed, with expenditures capped at $300,000. Personnel Plus will supply drivers and administrative staff to support Beyond Access, Village Van, and other VRT operations.
