Initial term runs through June 30, 2027, and the agreement may be renewed for successive one-year contract years only by mutual written agreement at least 90 days before the start of each renewal year, subject to required board approvals. The contract automatically terminates upon the Director’s separation from DASD employment or may be terminated earlier for convenience or cause as specified.
