Los Alamos County Council will hold a public hearing on Resolution No. 26-17 to approve the Public Finance Authority’s issuance of up to $230 million in Workforce Housing Revenue Bonds for Madrone - Los Alamos Housing I, LLC’s Coyote Mesa project. The bonds would be issued by the Authority as conduit financing for the housing development.
