Larimer County approved a Professional Services Agreement with Summitt Forests Inc. to provide Home Ignition Zone wildfire mitigation services from June 10, 2026 through June 9, 2027, with renewal options through August 31, 2029. Up to $1.6 million in Community Wildfire Defense Grant funds will be shared between this and another HIZ contract.
