Thomas Jefferson Planning District Commission TJPDC Corporation Agreement 2026

The Thomas Jefferson Planning District Commission entered into an amended Memorandum of Agreement with TJPDC Corporation effective July 1, 2026, to define roles, cost reimbursement, and shared services in support of regional initiatives. The agreement continues indefinitely until amended or terminated with 30 days’ written notice and requires the nonprofit to reimburse TJPDC for staff time and operational costs and to maintain appropriate insurance coverage.
