The Valparaiso Board of Public Works & Safety approved Gough Inc’s request to close a portion of Hayes Leonard Road to install water service for the new Vale School addition and restore the pavement once asphalt plants reopen. Engineering and Utilities staff reviewed and recommended the temporary closure plan, which was adopted on a 3-0 vote.
