City Council authorizes the City Manager to take all necessary action to enter into a contract for the sale of Parcel Number 104.8-1-34 to the Home Leasing team in accordance with the offer presented by Home Leasing. The City Manager is authorized to negotiate in the best interest of the City all details of sale not specified in the offer letter. Final closing on the sale will be subject to coordinated SEQR with the City of Geneva Planning Board once project details are complete and on approval of the proposed housing project and all necessary financing.
