Concession space L-3C removed from lease

Wayne County Airport Authority plans to amend its concession agreement with HBF APU JV, LLC / Paradies to remove Space L-3C, currently P.F. Chang's China Bistro, from the McNamara Terminal lease. Effective November 11, 2026, revenue from this space will be excluded from concession financial calculations while the contract term remains unchanged.
