City Renews Nemadji Park Management With EasyLiving

The City of Superior plans to approve Amendment I to its services agreement with EasyLiving Services, LLC to continue management of the Nemadji Mobile Home Park and Campground from January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2028. Under the renewed three-year term, EasyLiving will receive 10% of mobile home gross receipts, 15% of transient renter receipts, and hourly fees for repairs and maintenance.
