Effective date of contract until completion of well installation and groundwater monitoring services during the 2025/2026 calendar year, unless earlier terminated with 60 days’ notice

Base scope is a single project engagement tied to completion of specified investigation and monitoring tasks; either party may terminate with 60 days’ written notice. Additional work beyond the defined scope would be authorized separately on a time-and-material basis per AGI’s Standard Schedule of Charges.
