The City of Hamilton Health Department entered into an agreement with the Ohio Department of Health to participate in the Medicaid Administrative Claiming program, reimbursing the city for eligible public health administrative expenses related to Medicaid enrollment and outreach. The contract runs from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2027 and covers 50% of qualifying costs, net of a 2.5% administrative fee.
