Description

The Board will consider entering into a new 25-year Long-Term Water Supply Agreement with Lake County Sanitation District for diversion of up to 7,950 acre-feet annually from Clear Lake once the current pact expires in 2026. The agreement would continue supporting Lake County’s pipeline project conveying treated effluent to The Geysers complex.
