Initial term runs August 1, 2026 through July 31, 2027 and may be renewed in successive one-year terms by mutual agreement. Six months prior to termination the parties will meet to review progress and decide on extension; either party may decline renewal by giving at least 90 days’ notice before the end of the then-current term. No single extension may exceed one school year.
