The Town of St. Michaels continues work with Rauch Engineering under an MDEM-funded Advanced Assistance project to complete construction drawings for multi-area flooding and stormwater mitigation, with an estimated future construction value of about $7.5 million. The construction phase is expected to run 36–48 months starting as early as 2027/2028, contingent on grant funding.
