The Committee recommended execution of a new Memorandum of Understanding with California State University Fullerton Auxiliary Services Corporation to continue operation of the Center for Demographic Research from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2029. OCWD’s sponsorship payments will total $77,272, $80,308, and $85,656 in the three respective fiscal years, billed quarterly.
