Trenton Schools Renews Food Service Contract With Chartwells

This is a renewal of the original FSMC contract that began 7/1/2024 and is limited to a one-year term from 7/1/2026 to 6/30/2027. Percentage rate increases on management and meal equivalent fees are capped at or below the original contract rate; a higher rate increase would require a rebid. Renewal has been reviewed and approved by the Michigan Department of Education and awaits final school board execution.
