Salt Lake City Council is considering a resolution to release the City’s reversionary interest in property owned by Valley Behavioral Health at 107 South 800 West to enable the Saltair Lofts permanent supportive housing project. In return, Valley Behavioral Health would execute a 50‑year Restrictive Use Agreement ensuring the units remain affordable permanent supportive housing for formerly homeless individuals.
