The City of Redmond Police Department seeks Council approval of a Memorandum of Understanding with Crisis Connections for 911 Diversion behavioral health crisis intervention services. The initiative will enhance non-emergency call response by transferring appropriate 911 calls to trained mental health professionals at Crisis Connections, supported by a Data Sharing Agreement. The MOU is effective June 2, 2026, and can be terminated with 30 days' notice.
