TECHNOLOGY

Initial Term of one (1) year from Effective Date; automatically renews for successive one (1) year terms unless terminated in writing at least 30 days prior to any renewal term

Initial non‑cancellable one (1) year term starting on the Effective Date. Upon expiration, the Agreement automatically renews for successive one (1) year terms unless either party provides written notice of termination at least thirty (30) days prior to the start of any renewal term. GolfNow may terminate if unable to liquidate 50% of trade times after the Third Test Period.
