DPAC Nevada entered into an independent contractor agreement with The Stepping Stones Group LLC effective July 1, 2026 to provide a range of specialized educational, therapeutic, nursing, and behavioral staff on an hourly basis. The contract runs through June 30, 2027, with automatic yearly renewals and hourly rates specified for each specialty in Appendix A.

Thereafter, the Agreement renews automatically from school year to school year (each a Renewal Term) unless either party provides written notice of intent to terminate at least 30 days before the end of the then-current Renewal Term. Appendix A will be updated for each Renewal Term, with hourly rate increases limited to no more than 4% without prior written consent from the School District. Both parties also reserve the right to terminate for convenience with 30 days’ written notice.
