Renewal

Agreement will be reviewed annually and renewed for one-year terms provided MAMBA fulfills its duties as Mountain Bike Corridor Manager and both parties give mutual written consent at least sixty days prior to the expiration date. Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with sixty days’ written notice; termination does not relieve MAMBA of duties related to insurance, easement compliance, and permitting.
