The County will seek qualified engineering and environmental firms to assist the Mobile Bay National Estuary Program and Dauphin Island Sea Lab on low impact development and water quality improvement tools. The RFQ supports the Baldwin County Monitoring Task’s suspended solids and nutrient load reduction efforts.
