Initial Term October 1, 2026 – December 31, 2031, with two one-year renewal options to December 31, 2033, plus potential six-month extension

Two one-year renewal options after the Initial Term, each subject to CEO written approval. MAPF amounts for renewal periods must be negotiated no later than 30 days before each renewal begins, but will not be less than $5,250,000 for Renewal Option Year 1 and $5,500,000 for Renewal Option Year 2; if no agreement is reached by that deadline, MAPF defaults to those minimums. Authority may also grant a single extension of up to six months at its sole discretion via written letter under the same terms and conditions.
